"I got a notice that my policy was going to be cancelled due to an invalid drivers license. I called to see what the hell was going on and I was told the underwriters were using an old, expired license from another state despite submitting the information and pictures of my current, valid license from this state multiple times. This is a whole lot of stress to put on a new customer when it’s a pretty dumb mistake on the part of your underwriters. I’m expecting a call back in a few days to give me an as to update where we are in this process now. I went from a very happy customer to someone who is contemplating whether I should stick around when your departments don’t even take care to enter the information submitted. I’m open to seeing how y’all fix this, but I am very, very unhappy right now UPDATE They called the following week and stated it was all resolved and processed, but when I went to check that my autopay was pulled, I saw that my policy was cancelled entirely! I called today and the first person I talked to was entirely unempathetic and spent most of the call in silence ignoring my questions about how this works and what was going to happen. This office is not disability friendly and will tone police you. Make sure you use your pretty please voice when they’re ignoring your questions and don’t show any signs of frustration about their mistake affecting your life! Kat stated she is personally handling it now. I guess we’ll see next month if it actually works this time. UPDATE 2: That’s nice of you to blame me. I will share the screenshot of the timestamped and dated information I sent in. I sent it immediately after y’all asked for it. You also neglecting to mention the phone calls last month where all this information was provided for another time. I did clearly state my disability as well as clarify that if your issue was with my tone, I had no control over that. The only agents I “involved” were the agent I spoke to last month, the agent that answered the phone when I called, and Kat. I have no control over who answers the phone. Who am I supposed to “involve” in fixing my insurance issue if not my insurance agents? I did not receive the call that Kat stated she would make yesterday. I called today to see what the update was and the person kept arguing with me even though I told her that all I wanted from her was to relay a message for a phone call. This is extremely frustrating and unprofessional."

"As I stated to you on the phone, your license information pulled in from your prior policy on the online quote you started and didn't update. You were asked via a phone call and text in December for a PHOTO of your NMDL which was not sent within the required timeline by Underwriting. You have spoken to several team members in my office to get this corrected and as I told you today- we submit and wait on Underwriting to process the request. The process date is 2/10/2025. We have zero control over the processing times. It was not an Underwriter mistake- it was your original info pulled in on the quoting system that was not updated. As far as disability, yelling and berating team members that are trying to assist is not a disability and a disability cannot be worked with undisclosed. We would have no way to adjust or accommodate a disability we are unaware of. I did not ignore your questions and everything is in process. I am also unhappy with the way my team was addressed and calling multiple times while trying to handle the issue and getting multiple team members involved only prolongs the process. Please allow us to finish the correction as it is more a data discrepancy versus issue that cannot be resolved. The energy in this is message is unfounded and the language is also beyond what it should be for a minor data error that is easily corrected, unfortunately, processing times are longer that we would like but we have to wait in the queue. I have a task to verify that it is completed and will be reaching out to you as promised. Please allow us to correct it and get back to you. ***continued*** your "screenshot" of sending proof is not what we received. I am not certain if it was a carrier issue or it just didn't send until a later date but the first attachment we received of your nmdl was on 2/10/2025. Everything is time stamped and date stamped in our system. On the 12/19/2024 interaction it is just a text that says you had a passport issue. There is a push date from underwriting to review as Elishia let you know yesterday since I was in meetings. Unfortunately, we have to wait on that department to complete processing. I have a task, as I stated in email to you, to check again tomorrow. I apologize for you feeling that it should be handled faster, but in reviewing your "review history" this is a trend. We also need to get you rated correctly since you stated you use your vehicle for business."

"I want to let you know that Elishia has provided my family and I excellent service as we have been working through some issues with the new coverage on our Toyota and some billing issues I wanted to understand. She answered my questions clearly and professionally. She also helped my son provide the proper paperwork in order to obtain his Real ID at the MVD in a super timely way. "Paid my car insurance was not that difficult yeah getting a great deal with home insurance savings hundreds of dollars in the long run. Last year paid $1,200 for 6 months with a different insurance choice state farm because it's now $580 for 6 months and us them for my home insurance so not a bad deal for me but this is just me can be different for others."
